“Surely God is my help; the Lord is the one who sustains me.” Psalm 54:4

We are surrounded by things that frustrates us at times.  Unreasonable work goals, unpredictable schedules, uncooperative people. We see shortages of food, baby formula, cars, and a whole host of other things.  A war with no end in sight and a pandemic that continues to show up with another variant. It is enough some days to wear heavy on the mind and the heart.

We can let these pressures of life beat us down and make us feel helpless.  Or we can turn to God with the knowledge that He doesn’t miss anything. He is acutely aware of everything around us, and every situation that we face.  We should desire to walk closely with God everyday.  But there are. Going to be some days that are just harder than others.  It is in those days that we stay so close in the presence of the Lord that we can touch the hem of His garment.  

God will take care of us.  He always has and always will.  If you are having a bad day, it will pass. God will never leave you or forsake you.
