How much is it?

$20 per participant

Can I register non family members?

Yes, as long as the person listed as the emergency contact is the responsible party for all registrants.

What are the dates?

Monday July 22nd through Friday July 26th - 2019

What are the times?

6:00pm - 8:00pm nightly (Friday can go longer with awards ceremony)

Is there a minimum age requirement?

Yes, the minimum age is 5 years old and you must be able to pull back the bow.

Is there a nursery?

No, a nursery will not be provided.

Can I bring my own bow?

Yes, but only if it is a Mathews Genesis bow. This is the same type of bow used by all campers.

Is there food?

Yes, there will be various items available for purchase in the Commons Area at South Charleston High School.

Are there refunds or discounts if I cannot attend every night of camp?

No, the registration fee covers the entire week regardless of attendance.

Who are the instructors?

Instructors are members of Almost Heaven Archers, Christian Bowhunters of America or trained members of Genesis Fellowship.

Can I bring food and drink into the Gym?

No food or drink is allowed in the Gym.

Can I register and pay the first night of camp?

Yes, but there is a limited amount of space available. Pre registering online and submitting payment guarantees your spot.

Can I register online and pay the first night of camp?

Yes, registering online puts you on the list for a spot but only guarantees it once you complete registration and payment the first night of camp.

Can I mail or call in a registration?

No, all registrations must be submitted online as space is limited.

Can friends and relatives watch?

Yes, friends and relatives are encouraged to stay and watch their loved ones during camp. There is seating in the bleachers in the gym. Best time to bring everyone is competition
