Home groups at Genesis Fellowship are awesome and we encourage everyone to get involved in ministry and move forward with their personal relationship with Jesus Christ. We do that through a number of ministries aimed at assisting each person in their spiritual growth.
We are encouraged in God’s Word, 2 Peter 3:18, to: “grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ”. These “Growth Ministries” enable us to better understand His Word and His calling upon our lives.
Home groups are small groups of three to twelve people who meet in homes one night a week for LEAD.
L = Lesson
E = Encouragement or prayer time
A = Achievement or praise time
D = Dreaming
This one hour gathering is the backbone of our discipleship ministry as we spend time studying what God’s Word says and how we should apply it to our lives. The fellowship is enjoyed and very strong, and we hope to expand this ministry to more cell groups each and every month.
