It's Thursday - But Sunday's Coming...

Good Morning...

Today is Thursday, May 6th, 2021.  The day has dawned and we are in the start of another 24 hours provided to us by our amazing God.  We will smile, laugh, learn and work.  Each of us will blink our eyes, have our heart beat, take oxygen in and move forward.  We will eat, walk, hear and talk.  We will discuss work, talk about news, maybe tell a joke and encounter new people.  This is the day that the Lord has made, let us rejoice in it.

This day will end at midnight.  When you look back at these 1,440 minutes that you have lived - will they show that you lived them for Jesus Christ or for yourself?  Will your day have made an impact upon someone concerning their spiritual journey with God?  To live for Christ should be the goal for any believer.  We should wake up everyday determined to make a difference in our world for Jesus.  What will you do today for your Savior?

Sunday is coming... What does that really mean to you?  Sunday...each and every Sunday... Sunday is the day of congregational worship.  Sunday is the day set aside by God for us to come together and worship together.  Sunday is the day that each of us makes a decision to get up, get ready and come to the church building to be with other like-minded believers to praise our holy, glorious God.  Sunday is the most important day of your week and if you profess Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior - you need to be in church.  Your church needs you.  You were made to belong and that means each of us belongs to God and to each other.  Every Sunday morning we should explode out of bed and be excited about coming to your place of worship to enlarge your spiritual being.  Your soul is screaming out to you - LET'S GO TO CHURCH.  Do you hear him?  I pray that you will.

Sunday is May 9th, 2021.  This day will dawn like any other - but it is more important than most because it is Sunday.  Let's come together as a family to worship.  Let's come together as a family to praise Him.  Let's come together as a family to sing, clap, smile, laugh and love.  Let's come together as a family and show Jesus Christ that He means everything to us.  Let's come together.

Today is Thursday - Sunday is coming...  Where will you be on Sunday?
